Brown's Farm Field Trip

It's that time again for Avery's preschool field trip to the pumpkin farm! This year was extra special, because Daddy was able to come with us! (This was also Lilly's first trip to the farm, but she tagged along to the strawberry patch field trip last spring) We were so happy that the drizzling rain stopped as soon as we pulled up to the farm and held off until we got back home. We enjoyed a LOOOOONG ( maybe a little too long/slow for this age group!) hay ride to see all of the crops on the farm, and we picked corn and soy beans which we then fed to the animals. Avery said he liked the "Chick-Fil-A cows the best"! Ha! We ate a picnic lunch with our friends and played on the playground and of course... pictures to please the mommies! We got to take home pumpkins and they are now displayed on our front porch... oh, I just love fall!
